As in any business, your people are critical to your success with a multi-level marketing business. The members you bring into the business are going to be entrusted with making your income grow so they really need to be top notch. The problem is, there are lots of possible business ventures available so how do you get a high power person interested in your program.

The key is to understand what the prospective associate is interested in. They really dont care about your product. And they dont care about how well you have done with the program. They are only interested in one thing.

The lead you are talking to wants to know what the business can do for them. People are self-centered and they will only be interested in something if it has the potential to affect them. Most people could care less about the business and the possibilities if they cant see how it relates to them.

Your function during the talk is to act as a transformer. In order to find success with the person it is critical that you show them how the business can transform their life. Only people who are unhappy with where they are in life will be interested in a way to make more money. Focus on how these people can get what they desire from your business plan and they will come on board.

Don’t make the mistake of trying to sell the program, this is actually how most new people fail, just concentrate on selling the dream. No one will be interested in learning about the structure of the organization or the hierarchy of the plan. They are only going to listen to what’s in it for them.

If you show them the possibilities of how your plan can transform their lives into something they want then they will be interested in your pitch. If you cant ignite a dream in them then you might as well go talk to a wall. If the prospect doesnt buy into the possibilities then there is no hope on your part.

Your job in this process is to be a change agent. You absolutely must show the person you are talking to how the business can change their life. The majority of people are not happy with their standing in life and they want to make a change for the better. These people are ready to make a leap if you make the connection between their dreams and your plan.

This all is about how your opportunity can transform the prospect’s life. Everybody has dreams they want to reach. You need to show the person how your plan can help them to satisfy their desires and wants. Show them how your business can provide the roadway to their success.
